After MONTHS of my iBook getting a crappy wireless signal, I finally decided to do something about it. It used to work all over the apartment, then it started to only work in the living room when I got it back from the great display replacement. I was told by a Mac-knowledgable friend that they had probably screwed something up and it’d need to go back to Apple. Well, I had no desire to send my baby off again, so I just sucked it up and dealt with it. However, now that we’re getting our living room to be more functional than college-dorm-y, I want to use my office rather than the couch. So I did some research online, found a couple of solutions, tried them, and voila! I’m at full signal strength from the living room (where the router is) to the office (way on the other side of the apartment). I feel like I could throw a party and dance and do cartwheels. FREEDOM once more!
Too bad about this damn migraine. There were some really strong cleanser fumes at work today and they did me in.
Oh, but here’s the awesome part. Some Girl Scouts rang our bell. COOKIES!!!!!

Wireless is da bomb!! Congrats on getting it working properly again. My knowledge of computers is somewhat limited so I would consider getting something like that to work to be a major accomplishment!!
